Yes, you can also post your requirements as a buyer but you need to register on GRNconnect Market as a supplier/seller.

8. Who are eligible to sign up on GRNconnect Market?

You should be a bonafide travel operator selling any travel product or service,  and willing to operate in the travel agency market. Ideally potential sellers on GRNconnect Market are ones who have a pre-contracted product or service with allotments and with adequate resources to cater to the incoming demand for their respective products / services.

9. Do I need to be certified by anybody to become a partner?

No, it is not a prerequisite, however It will be an added advantage if you are recognized by any industry body such as Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India / respective State Tourism board, IATO, ADTOI etc. GRNconnect Market will also authenticate the bonafides once registration is done and will activate the supplier log in for allowing the products and services to be uploaded.

11. What all mandatory documents are required for registration process?

Once you register, you will be required to send across basic KYC (Know Your Customer) documents including company PAN card, Identity Proof, Address Proof, Service tax etc.

12. How do I sell my Travel products on GRNconnect market?

Once you register and accept the terms of the engagement, you will get access to an online platform that will allow you to upload your Travel Products and Services. The platform is very intuitive and will guide you step wise of how to upload your products. Once you submit your Product details on the platform, our Quality Assurance team will go through the details and make your Product Live on GRNconnect Market platform across web to be consumed by Agents. 13. What happens when the buyer / agent wishes to customize my travel product offering or requests changes to it?

All agents’ queries for customization will be directly routed to you for resolution. Your operations team can respond to these queries and assist the agent as per his requirements. You will service the agent as GRNconnect Market Supplier.

14. Can I edit any of the registration details at a later stage?

Yes, you can edit details even after completing the registration process, however the same will go through the approval process by GRNconnect Market.

15. What are the number of Travel products I can upload on the platform?

You are free to upload as many number of Travel products, however you will be responsible for the fulfillment of these Travel products uploaded on the platform.

16. Who would generate the invoice to the customer?

Invoice will be issued by the Seller to the buyer.

17. How will the payment transaction be managed?

The buyer will directly pay the seller as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions and GRNconnect Market will ensure Smooth flow of transaction..

18. Any commission required?

There is commission required from the supplier/seller side once booking gets confirmed and finalized by both the parties in percentage or in amount while uploading their travel products.

19. What is the Workflow Process?

GRNconnect Market is a semi controlled website the booking workflow will go from online to offline once seller/supplier confirms the particular product for the respective buyer.
